At the Sigourney Water Department we strive to deliver quality water to residents at a reasonable rate.
Sigourney Water Works
Sigourney's water comes from the well field north of town. We presently are pumping four wells with a total capacity of 260 gpm. Because the aquifer we are in has diminished in available water, the Sigourney City Council made the determination to drill a Jordan Well. We will be posting pictures of the well project with narrative as it progresses.
