The Sigourney City Council has developed a Community Betterment Plan to spend the Local Option Sales & Services Tax monies in ways that will benefit the community. As projects are accomplished they will be displayed on this page.

The development of this web page is one of the projects being funded. Funds from the Community Betterment Plan will be used to pay for the costs of the demolition of the old middle/high school located on East Washington Street .
