2013 National Night Out
The Sigourney Police Department along with the Sigourney Police Auxiliary will be sponsoring Sigourney’s 4th Annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th from 5-8 pm on the Sigourney Square. Sigourney’s celebration of National Night Out is special because we chose to hold one giant block party on the Square! The Sigourney Police Department strives to create a positive relationship with the community. This evening gives you and your family an opportunity to visit with our police Officers. While you’re speaking with our officers ask them for a badge sticker! Visit the information booth and pick up an entry form for a special drawing. If you have three different Sigourney Police Officers sign your entry form, you will be placed in the running for a 2014 Sigourney Municipal Pool Single Season Pass.
This year we have tons of games, activities from booths that are signed up to participate. Prizes that have been donated by local businesses and organizations will be available for all ages. Favorites like the giant inflatable slide, sponsored by YSAP and the water fights, sponsored by the Sigourney Fire Department will be back again this year. We are excited for the new addition of a petting zoo that will be sponsored by Farm Bureau. We have opened up our entertainment to all local talent! This year you will be able to enjoy a variety of musical performances, dancers and demonstrations.
Don’t worry about making supper that night, Larry Eldridge and Mike Welter will be grilling up some delicious pork loins and other items for Kids against Hunger. Have a sweet tooth? We have that covered too! Take your pick of sweet treats from Kay’s on the Square, Bill Martin’s Kettle Corn, Aaron’s Shaved Ice, and Meredith Wheeldons Delightful Bites Cotton Candy!
We are excited to join together as a community for a night of family fun. We hope to see you all there!

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement?? My website has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement… Do you know any solutions to help reduce content from being ripped off?? I’d really appreciate it. Georgetown Roofing, 148 Melissa Ct., Georgetown, TX, 78628, US, 512-351-4441
